3. Historic Escape Games: Zombie Apocalypse (Belton)
A crime has been committed and Bell County Museum needs your help to solve it! You have 60 minutes to work together, solve the crime, and escape the museum!
All games are private and for up to 8 players.
There are three different game times:
5:30pm, 6:45pm, 8pm Thurs 5:30PM-9PM
4. Ribs and Rods (Temple)
Ribs & Rods is one of Temple's most popular events brought to you by Don Ringler Chevrolet and Toyota. Ribs & Rods joins the community's love for live music, classic and custom cars, and BBQ, all while supporting our local Ronald McDonald House. To date Ribs & Rods has donated over $75,000 to this fantastic charity and plans to continue this great tradition! Fri 5PM-11PM, Sat 9AM-5PM
5. Community Summit (Temple)
At this event, residents will have the chance to learn about the events, programs, and services that the city provides, as well as have the opportunity to provide feedback to shape the future of Temple!
The Community Summit is an event for all ages and will feature an evening of live music, bounce houses, and much more!
Residents will be able to earn prizes and take home cool SWAG! Fri 5PM-7PM

8. Lions on the Leon Wacky & Cardboard Boat Race and Picnic in the Park (Belton)
There will be music, food trucks, vendors, pumpkin decorating, face painting, Quacky duck pond, inflatable games, raffle/auction and more.
People's Choice judging for the Wacky and Cardboard boats begins at 11am; and race heats will start at 1pm.

9. Mythical Monsters Family Day (Temple)
Is it even October without talking about spooky creatures? Vampires, and dragons, and Big Foot, oh my! Have fun as you explore the legends behind these mythical monsters. Sat 10AM-1PM
10. Giganticon (Killeen)
Giganticon is a celebration of HEROES, from ones that jump off the page of your favorite comic book to those everyday heroes that serve our Country and protect our Freedoms.
Celebrity Guests, Comic Books, Cosplay, Food Trucks, Kids Activity Zone, and more. Sat 10AM-6PM, Sun 10AM-5PM

13. UMHB TOUCHDOWNS (Belton)
UMHB is hosting its TOUCHDOWNS event in conjunction with Down Syndrome Awareness Month.
ALL members of the Special Needs Community and their families (extended family and caregivers included) are invited to attend the football game free of charge (with some extra shout outs cause you're extra awesome!)
Athletes with Special Needs will be cheering, dancing, scoring touchdowns, etc! Cheer on the Cru, help raise awareness about the Special Needs Community in Central Texas and show everyone a thing or two about a touchdown celebration! Sat @ 11AM
14. Heaven and Hair Salon Temple Grand Opening Carnival (Temple)
There will be food, games, prizes, an ice cream float bar, and even a photo booth.
All profits from the event will be donated to Feed my Sheep Temple. Sat 5PM-8PM
15. C.A.S.T. for Kids Fishing Event (Temple)
This is a C.A.S.T. for Kids event designed to provide children with disabilities, ages 6 – 18, the opportunity to enjoy a quality outdoor recreational experience through the sport of fishing. Take to the water with C.A.S.T. for an unforgettable morning of fishing!
You can expect 2-3 hours of fishing, a delicious lunch and an awards celebration where your child will receive a personalized plaque. Sun 9AM-1PM
