Lions on the Leon Wacky & Cardboard Boat Race and Picnic in the Park

Description

There will be music, food trucks, vendors, pumpkin decorating, face painting, Quacky duck pond, inflatable games, raffle/auction and more. 

People's Choice judging for the Wacky and Cardboard boats begins at 11am; and race heats will start at 1pm.

Build a boat to compete; or watch the fun of the races!

Belton Lions Serve the Community providing the following:

- Scholarships for children in the Belton area who qualify for Texas Lions Camp for children who are physically disabled, hearing/vision impaired or diabetic.

- Eye examinations and glasses for children in Belton I.S.D.

- Two Annual College scholarships for Belton High School Graduating Seniors.

- Helping to maintain Lions Pavilion and Playground for Children with Special Needs at Heritage Park.

- Supporting families of Children with Special Needs for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

- Partnering with Belton I.S.D. for their HEARTBEAT Angel Program.

- Pictures with Santa for Families of Children with Special Needs.
