8:00 – shuttle buses between Texas A&M-Central Texas (TAMU-CT) campus and the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (CTSVC)

8:30 – unload trucks

10:00 – ceremony

1015 – wreaths laid by Gold Star Survivors and immediate family members of those buried or interred at CTSVC

10:20 – wreaths laid by volunteers

TBD – all wreaths laid, cemetery cleaned up, last bus returns to TAMU-CT
