Spring 2024 League:
- 7 week schedule (Sundays Only) Beginning March 17, 2024
- Everyone plays every game
- No tryouts, drafts, or fundraisers
- Teams are age based, Ages 3-16
- Co-Ed and All Girls Leagues
- Practices are (45) minutes (determined by coach) with (45) minute games that consists of two (20) minute halves with a (5) minute halftime
Gear Included/Required:
- An official Gridiron Football Flag Football Uniform (Jersey + Shorts) is included and is yours to keep
- An official Gridiron Football flag belt is provided for use
- Rubber cleats or sneakers (No metal spikes)
- Mouth-guards are required at all times during practice and games
